By accessing or using www.archi-pix.com or any services provided by Archi-Pix (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
2. Services Provided
Archi-Pix provides real estate media services including photography, media delivery, and related products.
Unless specifically requested, composition and areas photographed are at the photographer’s discretion.
The property must be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Cleaning or staging is not included unless agreed in advance.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
In cases of unsafe conditions or severe weather, Archi-Pix may reschedule or cancel the appointment.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for all charges incurred at the time of booking.
5. Image Ownership & License
All images are owned and copyrighted by Archi-Pix.
A limited license is granted to the client for marketing the current property listing.
This license automatically terminates upon sale or transfer of the property.
Third-party usage requires a separate license.
6. Photo Transfer Policy
Archi-Pix retains long-term usage rights to all media.
We may, but are not required to, offer courtesy credit to a previous agent when media is transferred to a new listing.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse toward staff or contractors
- Illegal or unauthorized use
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That results will meet your expectations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archi-Pix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Archi-Pix harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Archi-Pix offers two separate SMS programs, each requiring its own opt-in.
